Remodeled Home - Redberry Lane

This project is a newly renovated home that was completed in two phases. The first phase was the redesign of the entry from the garage, full bathroom, laundry room and master bedroom with bathroom. This project required the demolition of the first-floor area leading from the garage into the main part of the house. Once this area was disassembled and cleaned a new area could be created. We worked with the homeowner to bring their idea of an updated and modern concept first floor to fruition. The new laundry room, soundproof office and garage entry way are much more functional for leading from the garage into the main floor of the home. The new design of the master suite area created a walk-in closet, bathroom and bedroom that is much more private and functional.

The second phase of this project was to eliminate an unused second floor patio and extend the first floor living room to have 16 foot vaulted ceilings with a floor to ceiling decorative stone fireplace. This project took this area out of the 70’s to a modern usable space. The new design also includes a balcony on the second floor and is all completely weather tight!
