From spatial arrangements that optimized utility, to moving walls to make room for an extra bedroom to add value to the home, every nook and cranny was thoughtfully redesigned to make the small home live large! Kellie Burke notes that it’s not just special finishes or timeless furniture that creates value in a home, but the overall flow and aesthetic. Even after perfecting the interior with a full Kitchen, Bath and Bedroom remodel, Kellie and her team did not stop there. They then redesigned the exterior of the home transforming this standard ranch into an inviting farmhouse.
