Ring’s End, Inc. today announced that it has acquired the business assets of Tuxis Lumber at 85 Bradley Road in Madison.  Ring’s End is excited to expand its presence in the shoreline communities and build upon a 56-year legacy established by Tuxis Lumber.

Madison-FrontFamily owned and operated since 1902, Ring’s End is a premium supplier of lumber and building materials and the largest Benjamin Moore paint retailer in Connecticut. The new location in Madison will be the 8th full service lumberyard in the company’s portfolio, which includes 11 free-standing paint centers, a commercial paint and lacquer facility, custom millwork shop, a centralized distribution warehouse and an education center.Notwithstanding their expansion, Ring’s End remains true to its founding principles, catering to builders, remodelers and homeowners alike with an inventory of only the highest quality materials, a reputation for superior service and a commitment to the local communities.

Over the course of its 115 year history, Ring’s End has created a one-stop shopping experience for customers.  For example, you can select replacement windows, have them professionally installed by certified, licensed, insured Ring’s End installers, and finish the project by working with one of their designers to find the perfect window treatments. In addition to windows, Ring’s End carries thousands of products to improve an existing home or build a new one, including industry-leading brands like Marvin, Andersen and Integrity windows and doors and the full line of Benjamin Moore paints and stains. They also provide prompt delivery, sound advice on all types of projects and friendly service, all at extremely competitive prices.

“We’re looking forward to the opportunity to fulfill the building and home improvement needs of the Madison community. Our priority during the transition is to lessen the impact on area customers as we implement new systems, increase product offerings and provide additional services. We have the benefit of drawing upon the resources of our nearby store in Branford to meet inventory needs and delivery schedules. We’re very excited to become part of the Madison community and will work hard to earn their trust,” said Bill Ryan, General Manager of the new Ring’s End Madison location. Ring’s End continues to build on a tradition of service that began in Darien, CT, where the company was founded in 1902.  Learn more at RingsEnd.com and follow Ring’s End on Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest.
